Screening Criteria
Existing players and potential new recruits are expected to attend screening during which the coaches will carefully observe training drills and match play and select those players they believe will benefit most from membership of Weston Park Blades Netball Club during the following season. They consider:

• Ability, skill and fitness
• Team position balance
• Attitude and behaviour
• Commitment during training
• Responsiveness to coaching input
